1. Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the damaged product. We will either replace the product or issue a refund as per your preference.
2. Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team with in 48 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the incorrect product. We will either replace the product or issue a refund as per your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products that have been tampered with
• Products that have expired

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
